This adorable litter is named after characters from the much beloved 1981 Astrid Lindgren’s children’s book, “Ronja Rövarsdottar” (“Ronja, The Robber’s Daughter” in English). Set in Medieval Scandinavia, this story chronicles the adventures of Ronja, a courageous girl growing up in a castle deep in the forest. Lovis and Mattis, her mother and father, expect her to one day rule over their clan of robbers and defeat the rival clan.  In a turn of fate, Ronja befriends Birk, the son from the rival clan; the two children succeed in reuniting the feuding clans.
